About the artist

Kees Vossestein (Montfoort 1947) lives and works in Gouda, the Netherlands. Except painter Vossestein is a writer. He publishes art critics, columns about the city he lives in and other writings. His most important publication is 'Verwisselde loterijbriefjes, Montfoort 1783-1803', about the eightteenth century troubles between royalists and republicans in his birth-town.
